Disclaimer
Gridwatch publishes information compiled from public records. This page sets out what that does and does not mean.
Independence
Gridwatch aggregates and analyzes public-source infrastructure signals. It is not affiliated with any data center developer, hyperscaler, utility, or government agency, and nothing published here should be read as a statement by any of them.
On accuracy
Every facility in the registry is traced to a primary public record, and we publish our methodology so that any figure can be checked. Public records nevertheless contain errors, lag behind events, and are sometimes superseded without notice. Gridwatch makes no warranty that any figure is current, complete, or free of error. Information is provided as-is.
On what is not here
Where a figure is not on the public record, Gridwatch leaves it empty rather than estimating it. An absent value means we could not source it — not that it is zero.
Coverage is complete for Florida and partial elsewhere. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim of national completeness.
On watch items
Items on the watch surface are sourced signals, not facilities. They are explicitly not verified data centers and must not be represented as such.
Not professional advice
Gridwatch is an information service. Nothing here is investment, legal, real estate, engineering, or land-use advice, and it should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision. Verify against the underlying records — which is why we show you where they are.
Corrections
If you believe a record here is wrong, tell us through the contact form — the facility and, if you have it, the source document showing the correct figure. Corrections are made in the open, and we credit the source.
